Arugula Walnut Pesto
Ingredients
2-cups of Arugula
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup grated parmigiano cheese
3-garlic cloves
1/2 of lemon squeezed
1/4tsp. Kosher salt
1/4tsp. Black pepper
1/2 cup of olive oil
Pulse to incorporate all ingredients
Then slowly add oil.
