Fava Bean Pesto
Ingredients
1-garlic clove
10-fresh mint leaves
7oz. Of shelled fava beans (skin removed)
1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
1/4 tsp. Black pepper
2-tbsp. Grated pecorino cheese
2-tbsp. Grated parmigiano cheese
4-tbsp olive oil
Equipment: Food Processor
Pulse to incorporate all ingredients
then slowly add oil.
How to use:
Spread on Bruschetta
Toss with pasta
Accompany Roasted Meats
Add to any salad
Serve with Fish
Mix into your favorite dip
Add to sandwiches
